Rhamnolipid (Daily Chemical Grade) 

INCI Name: Glycolipids (or Rhamnolipid) 

Description: Rhamnolipid is a rhamnolipid-class biosurfactant produced by fermentation using food-grade vegetable oil as carbon source, followed by purification and concentration. It is easily soluble in water and some organic solvents. The product is non-toxic, readily biodegradable, and environmentally friendly. It exhibits excellent surface properties, high temperature resistance, high salt tolerance, and strong foaming ability. This product is applicable to daily chemical, cleaning, and home care applications. 

100% agricultural organic origin.

Functions & Applications: 

1. Surfactant properties: Excellent surface activity, reduces surface tension, emulsifies, wets, detergents, and foams. 

2. High foaming: Strong foaming ability with foam height reaching 951ml at 30s. 

3. Excellent wettability: Good wetting performance on various surfaces, with contact angle up to 139° at 1.0% concentration. 

4. Temperature and salt tolerance: Maintains structural and performance stability up to 150°C and 100,000 mg/L salt concentration. 

5. Green & sustainable: Non-toxic, readily biodegradable, environmentally friendly. COSMOS certified with 100% agricultural organic origin. 

6. Personal care & home care: Suitable for daily chemical products, cleaning products, and home care applications. 

Solubility: Easily soluble in water and some organic solvents. 

Recommended Dosage: As determined by the formulator based on specific application requirements. 

Storage: Store at room temperature, sealed, dry, protected from light. 

Precautions: 

1. Do not use at temperatures below 5°C or above 150°C. 

2. Avoid use with strong acids, strong bases, or strong oxidizing agents. 

3. Preservatives are added as standard at the time of shipment. Contact the supplier if modification is required. 

Packing: 25 kg/drum, 200 kg/drum, or as per customer requirements.
