Description: L-Carnosine (β-Alanyl-L-Histidine) is a naturally occurring dipeptide found in animal muscles and nervous tissues. It possesses potent antioxidant and anti-glycation activities, scavenging reactive oxygen species and inhibiting the formation of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs).
